ABOUT THE ROLE

The Associate, EPC will play a key role in assisting the Manager, EPC in building the strategy and frameworks that drive our operational success. This opportunity will allow a candidate to position themselves in the center of a rapidly expanding and disruptive industry. Some of the key responsibilities you should expect are the following:

  • Schedule and manage day-to-day contractor activities
  • Participate in the design of facility upgrades and/or new facility development
  • Contribute an innovative mindset when thinking of designs and working with engineers
  • Collaborate on sourcing and procurement activities, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of efficiency-enhancing measures.
  • Support team members in various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Develop and assist with budgeting, estimating, and scheduling
  • Help with documentation collection and organization
  • Train employees on construction site safety procedures
  • Assist with operations where necessary and as appropriate
  • And other duties as assigned

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, 
    or related fields
  • 1-3 years of experience in corporate operations
  • Demonstrated track record of leadership in personal and professional endeavors
  • Comfortable with traveling to project locations across North America.
  • Interest in Bitcoin/Crypto preferred
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills
  • Willingness to “get in the weeds”
  • Comfort with decision-making amid ambiguity
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail, proactive in nature, work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus+
  • Must pass a motor vehicle check

ABOUT THE WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role is in office at our corporate headquarters in the Brickell area of Miami, Florida with business travel as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
