Producing and Post-Production Intern

Paid Internship Opportunity: Producing and Post-Production

The Role:

Boundless Creative is seeking a dynamic Producing and Post-Production Intern to join our team this summer, with potential for continued involvement into the fall. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the company's founder and see behind the scenes of professional corporate and commercial video production. Expected projects this summer include branded mini-docs, event recap videos, and nonprofit/startup fundraising videos.

The position is hybrid and based in NYC for regular in-person meetings and monthly shoot days. Flexibility is key as schedules will vary based on project needs.

About Us:

Join Boundless Creative, a boutique commercial and corporate production company, this summer! We specialize in docu-style brand storytelling videos that elevate brands.

Since our founding in 2021 by Eitan Miller, Boundless has earned multiple awards and was recently ranked as one of NYC's Top 10 Corporate Production Companies. Our client roster includes Vogue, Barclays, and Amazon, with projects spanning across cities from New York to London.

Responsibilities:

As part of our team, you'll dive into both producing and post-production tasks:

  • Producing Work: Assist with production logistics, organize and add to our database of vendors and crew, and take notes during client calls.
  • Post-Production Work: Pull selects of footage for event recap videos, identify compelling narrative elements from interview transcripts, and potentially work on first drafts of edits.

Requirements:

This role is ideal for students eager to apply their editing and producing skills in a real-world setting. If your passion lies solely in narrative film, you don’t get excited about great marketing storytelling, or you're not enthusiastic about the details of production logistics, this won’t be the right fit for you.

Pay & Commitment:

  • Pay: $18/hr
  • Commitment: Approximately 20 hrs/week, with a flexible schedule based on project demands.

How to Apply:

To apply, please submit your resume along with any relevant work samples. In your message, explain why you believe you're the perfect fit for this role. Start date is flexible, but the ideal candidate will be willing to start in May.
