Note: This is a paid, part-time position (20 hours per week) that is based in New York.


 

This role involves directly supporting the strategic initiatives from our Head of Marketing & Lifecycle Marketing Manager with a focus on marketing strategy and growth. You will work with and learn from all the core marketing disciplines in a consumer brand—content, creative, social media, paid media, and analytics. You will sit in and participate in regular meetings to understand how the marketing team functions and relates to driving overall company growth.


 

Responsibilities include:

  • Project management and campaign execution across channels, including email, paid, social, etc.
  • Act as a thought partner to the existing marketing team on project and campaign ideation 
  • Finding opportunities for growth and developing plans to implement, test, and optimize
  • Identifying opportunities for new customer acquisition including community activation
  • Partnering with content and community interns to contribute for cohesive campaign planning


 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree with Marketing or related OR demonstrated strong interest in learning marketing with an emerging consumer brand
  • Familiarity with marketing tools including Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Figma, etc.
  • Extremely strong communication and written skills
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn new tools or techniques as needed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to conduct research to realize content concepts and identify opportunities for engagement
  • Written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members. Keen attention to detail and ensuring consistency in brand messaging.


 

Compensation: $20 / hour for a maximum of 20 hours a week
