Sales Support Administrator (Entry)

Position: Sales Administrator (Entry)

Location: Cranbury, NJ

Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping for Local offices and Satellite offices
  • Documentary assistant for sales team
  • Creating and processing sales orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions through system periodically (Daily, weekly, and monthly)
  • Openly communicate with customers and co-workers to provide accurate technical information.
  • Maintain A/R and A/P Flow
  • General Admin tasks for office
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience (Preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint required
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
