Middle School English Teacher
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, rigorous, and differentiated lessons in writing, spelling, and grammar for students in Grades 6 through 8.
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their language skills.
- Employ diverse teaching methodologies to cater to various learning styles and individual needs.
- Foster a classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure curriculum alignment and share best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- State teaching license or equivalent certification.
- Experience teaching grammar and spelling at the middle school level is preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering a Christian learning environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse educational community.
