Hard Industries: Hard industries form the foundation of an industrial economy, encompassing the extraction, production, and processing of raw materials, as well as the manufacturing of essential goods. This includes various sectors like agriculture, mining (minerals and metals), oil and gas extraction and refining, energy production, construction, fabrication, and heavy manufacturing. These industries are often capital-intensive, cyclical in nature, and critical for economic growth and development. From the houses we live in and the energy that powers them to the devices we use and the networks that connect us, virtually everything we rely on as consumers trace its origins back to hard industries.

Wildcatters: Wildcatters were independent oil prospectors in Texas who embodied a spirit of risk-taking and a defiance of big industry control, like that of Standard Oil. About the Role:

As a Digital Marketing Intern at TexChange Unbrokered, you'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment. You will be an integral part of our marketing efforts, contributing directly to the growth and success of our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, content marketing).
• Create engaging and shareable content for our social media platforms.
• Track and analyze key marketing metrics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
• Assist with website updates and SEO optimization.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth hacking strategies.
• Contribute to the overall success of the marketing team and the company.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and the [Insert Industry] industry.
