SBA Lender Seeker

We are seeking someone who is personable, well-spoken, a fast-learner, a good note taker, and is eager to learn about the financial business world. 

This individual will be joining our team as as our Small Business Administration (SBA) Lender Seeker.  Our Lender Seeker will gain hands-on experience in understanding SBA loan processes, and making connections with SBA lenders.  

You will work closely with our senior management team to learn everything about how to get the SBA to fund a startup business. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to SBA lenders- you will email/call SBA lenders to get their underwriting guidelines.

• Document Underwriting Guidelines- You will use our data entry system to upload these guidelines.

• Lender Matching- You will match qualified clients to these lenders, and then email client files to lenders and obtain updates regarding those files.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to Work independently. 

• Strong Research skills.

Skills that can be taught:

• Data Entry.
