- Engage with current customers at key lifecycle stages to book renewal and year-in-review meetings.

- Enter and update customer information in the database.

- Keep detailed records of calls and sales and note useful information on CRMs.

- Collaborate with the sales team to inform outreach strategy.

- Maintain a working knowledge of the Mathspace product, our offering, key features, and our sales cycle.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Availability to work a minimum of 5 hours for 3-4 days per week.

 - Previous experience in any kind of sales, account management, or customer support role, especially phone based roles.

- Experience with Hubspot or similar database or CRM entry.

 Benefits:

Mathspace offers the following benefits to our team:

- Earn uncapped commissions and bonuses for hitting targets.

- An opportunity to work in a global software company as we expand

- A remote team that is connected, supportive and focused on collaborative achievement.

- Ongoing coaching and training to develop your skills in customer support and sales.
