HR Program Intern
The HR Program Intern will support in the planning and coordination of HR Programs across the enterprise. This role will be responsible for the delivery of various administrative tasks, including the tracking of program or project details, and ensuring the ongoing support of our HR Program Leaders.
Essential Functions
- Establish and provide overall process governance for HR projects and programs*
- Monitor programs for timelines, resource management and status updates
- Oversee daily administrative, operational, and logistical activities including the coordination with and support for our HR Program leaders.
*HR Program areas include, but are not limited to, the following: HR Shared Services, HRIS/HRIT, Culture & Communications, Learning & Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards & HR Compliance
- Strong prioritization skills and attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple competing deliverables.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with sharp organizational skills.
- Experience in the administration and/or coordination of HR Specific activities
- Prior experience with and understanding of Smartsheet functionality (Preferred
