Internship - Tribeca Art Gallery

Storage is a cutting-edge, artist-run gallery in Tribeca actively invested in reshaping the canon with expansive programming and an emphasis on community.

Storage is seeking students to enroll in our General Internship to assist with administrative duties, media operations, audience interactions, and other hands-on tasks within the space. Our team shares responsibilities for the daily operation of the gallery, including correspondence, research, social media management, and art handling.

Interns will be getting hands-on experience dealing with clients, strategy, curation, and art handling. Storage is a small, tight knit team where individuals play a large role in the identity and function of the gallery.

Experience and qualifications:
Pursuing a BA in art history, art administration, or similar field
Excellent research skills
Excellent communication skills
Passion for contemporary art
Located in New York City
Punctual, dependable, hardworking
Professional demeanor
Art handling experience is a plus
Adobe Suite experience is a plus

General Internship is for school credit.

Expected hours: 10-16 hours per week
