We have an immediate opening for a full time teacher of Honors Portuguese and Honors Spanish at Don Soffer Aventura High School (DSAHS). We have the highest compensation package of any public school in Florida, with teachers starting at $74,0000 - $86,000 a year for the 196 teaching days per year.

DSAHS serves a diverse population of motivated and spirited students from over 40 countries. We are a College Board AP Platinum Honor Roll School and a Florida Department of Education School of Excellence. We are a tuition free municipal charter school operated by Charter Schools USA.

Applicants must have a demonstrated commitment to excellence; devotion to student achievement; a bachelor's degree in a related field; written and spoken fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese; a US Social Security card and Florida driver's license; and clearance to work in the USA.

Certification is not required, though it will expedite the hiring process.
