This role is perfect for someone passionate about both human resources and the financial services industry, ready to gain hands-on experience and make an impact.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data, and present findings & recommendations to leaders.
  • Support your aligned teams with initiatives and day-to-day work to help the business and our employees thrive.
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates including offer letters and ensuring compliance with hiring protocols.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and refine strategies for maximum impact.

Requirements

  • Passion for Finance & Stock Markets: Knowledge or interest in the financial space is a must (prior experience is a plus).
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to think strategically when it matters the most.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytics Knowledge: Basic understanding of analytics tools to measure performance.
  • Creative Mindset: A proactive approach to storytelling and campaign ideation.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Great personal and soft skills with the ability to speak when called upon.
  • Finance/Economics-related Background strongly preferred
  • Self-motivated individual who is open to feedback and embraces candor.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, and team-oriented environment.
  • Excited to collaborate with a team of innovators and learn from mentors.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

 

Note: This is an unpaid internship for Fall 2024.
