The Operations Assistant - Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for the consistent delivery of all orders in a timely manner with accuracy to ensure the department delivery standards for various customers/exchanges are met.

Consider a scenario in which you purchased tickets to a concert on Stubhub. The event date is getting closer, but the seller still hasn't delivered your tickets. Finally the day of the event has arrived and you are still wondering where your tickets are. You are frantically calling Stubhub to find them, but nobody has any updates. These are the situations we are hoping you can help us avoid for our customers.

You will be working with a team of fulfillment specialists whose job it is to provide a last check of inventory, ensuring that customers are receiving the correct tickets with the desired delivery method by verifying inventory is listed and attached correctly in our software. When problems are recognized, the Fulfillment Specialist will effectively troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate them. This position plays an integral role in ensuring our customers receive the best shopping experience possible. Ideal candidates will be critical thinkers who possess and acumen for problem solving and have keen attention to detail under tight deadlines.
