Intern Lead insructor
July - September 2019 • Davis, CA
What I liked
I liked that i had a lot of ability to shape the program i was participating in. I also like that i had a lot of moments to share and apply my knowledge and experience.
What I wish was different
I would've liked some help leading the interns and a more open space to teach them in. I think the space i had was too cramped and made it easy to not be motivated to do work in.
Advice
I would say be patient! Teaching and leading a team is hard work and it can get very frustrating at times!
